Wedding Video is one of the most important decisions you will make in planning your Wedding Day. While photos capture moments at your wedding that can later be viewed around the house, video adds many other dynamics.

Kzoom’s wedding videography records exactly what happened that day – not only snapshots, but your smiles and tears, how you said your vows, and the memories and encouragement of your friends and family. By adding your choice of music to the final copy, we can remember the feelings of that day in an expression that describes your relationship perfectly!

Which Package Should I Choose?

Option 3- The Full Reception Package

If it is within your budget, Kzoom’s Full Reception Package (Option 3) is the ultimate full-coverage tribute to your once in a lifetime Wedding Day. With 8 hours of coverage, nothing is missed throughout the entire day. Other than all of the Reception Events, couples often comment on how much they enjoy interviews and memories from friends that are made possible with this amount of time.

One option with this package is the Second Cameraman. How does this affect the overall quality? It is significant. With Option 2, you will always have a great second camera angle, but with a second camera operator, you always get (1) varied shots and close-ups, (2) steady movement with movement in the ceremony, and (3) people’s faces. For example, when the bride comes down the isle, one cameraman is able to focus entirely on her while the second camera operator can capture the groom’s expressions. Other notable improvements are in capturing all departures and arrivals as one cameraman can be ready at the reception hall or other locations.

Another option that is available upon request is that you start your 8 hours sooner than 1 hour prior to the ceremony (standard). Couples will often choose this if they have a wedding that begins later in the afternoon.

Option 2- The Full Ceremony Package

As mentioned above, the Full Ceremony Package adds so much with a second camera angle. The focus with this package is full-coverage of the wedding ceremony. With our broadcast capable equipment, you will notice the highly impressive color and sound quality on all of our wedding productions. The second camera angle provides a very watchable memory of the ceremony.

With full editing, the camera angles creatively alternate to keep viewers waiting to see what happens next. Full Editing includes editing of all of our footage with the addition of your selections of music.

This is a great feature to send to a special friend who wasn’t able to make it to the wedding.

Option 1 – The Ceremony Only Package

This option is offered to couples who have a tight budget but want a professional memory of their day. A great majority of video productions companies do not offer this option! So DON’T put the memory of your greatest day in the unstable hands of Uncle Joe who most likely doesn’t have a tripod, stability skills, acceptable video or audio quality, battery length, or the capability to package your memory nicely when he’s done. Let him enjoy the day too! Basic Editing includes editing of all footage taken, with music selected by Kzoom.

Upon request, you can reduce the cost of Option 1 from $900 to $500 for Raw Footage only (no music or editing). If the $500 Option is taken alone, we unfortunately cannot secure your wedding date for our services until 1 month prior to the wedding (except with the addition of a photo-video).”

1. Anytime: Contact Kzoom to view a demo and meet with any questions about our wedding services.

2. 4 months to 2 years: Secure your wedding date with a $600 deposit and return of contract.

3. 1 month before wedding (at latest): Deliver photos and choice of music to Kzoom for Photo-Video.

4. 1 hour before wedding: Kzoom arrives to set-up and capture pre-wedding moments.

5. 2 months or sooner after wedding: Kzoom delivers your complete and fully-edited package.
