With Kzoom's wedding videos, we have made our options flexible and affordable so you choose only what you want to accompany your wedding video. Here is an explanation of our Additional Options that will help you make your decisions.

Photo Video

In the last 10 years, the photo video has become standard at most weddings. It is the perfect way to actually see your growth as individuals and then together. The photo video is certainly meaningful to you, but often parents are the ones who enjoy this most, as it communicates gratitude to them for all they have done.

To start your photo video, Kzoom requires your photos and choice of music at least one month prior to your wedding date. Simply organize the photos in the order you want, and write down (with a sticky note or 3x5 card) where you want text to appear. The most common order is: a section of the bride's pictures, then the groom, and then together. And we usually only need 3 songs - one for each section. With 150 pictures allowed in the price, that averages around 50 pictures per section.

The timing of 150 pictures is between 7 1/2 to 10 minutes. If you want to add more pictures, the cost is only $1.50 per picture. Please feel comfortable asking any questions about the process or for advice as we want to make your video look the best possible! And if you order the Full Reception Package, we’ll give a $100 discount on your Photo Video.

Video Projector Rental

Some Reception Halls do have projection capabilities, but most do not.

Our powerful and portable Infocus X1 DLP Projector meets that need as it displays your pictures for everyone to see. The projector comes with all of the cables you need, a VCR, and our Bose MediaMate Speaker System if there is not a DJ who will play the audio through his equipment.

Raw Footage of Wedding Day

This is our second most popular option. The final version of your wedding DVD is 90 minutes with a custom DVD menu. And even though this edited version captures all the events of the day, Kzoom still captures up to 4 hours of footage. A Raw Footage tape includes everything we videotaped throughout the entire day. Couples ask for this version because it has more shots of people, more interviews and spontaneous comments from friends, and real time of events like dismissing your guests or dance floor events. But by no means have we taken out any important scenes from the edited version – it is only that your friends and family may not want to watch 15 minutes of excusing guests after the ceremony! It’s a great comprehensive memory for just you and your spouse. Since Kzoom’s original wedding tapes are erased 1 month after you have received your completed version, please order this option prior to the wedding or during that 1-month time period.

Rehearsal Coverage, Edited

This is another common option that extends your memories beyond just the ceremony or wedding day. The Rehearsal coverage sets the stage for the entire Wedding experience. When edited onto your DVD, this track is before the wedding day, and you will see how the excitement and intensity unfolds. Couples who choose this option will especially treasure the interactions with their friends and family. And on the Rehearsal Night, everyone is much more relaxed, dressed down, and focused on enjoying these close relationships. This option is a wonderful choice if you would like to give a great present to each of the members of your bridal party.

15-Minute Edited Highlights

At a very reasonable price, we offer this option for couples to show down the road. Our regular complete edit of a Full Reception Package is by no means hard to watch with appropriate transitions and music which celebrates every event. With the 15-Minute Highlights, however, you will have a compact version to show when that amount of time meets your situation better. Included in the 15 minutes are only the best shots from the church, the wedding party, vows, the kiss, after-wedding celebrations, the trip to the reception, reception speeches and dances, and comments from friends along the way. If you have a special preference concerning what is or isn’t included, just ask!

Additional Hours to Reception

If your need is to see more of your wedding day, just ask us to extend our time of coverage. Couples who ask for this option may have a wedding that starts earlier in the day and they want to have footage of events later in the evening. Another situation is where you want to see how wedding morning events unfold – dresses, hair & make-up, a family meal – and want to extend hours prior to the ceremony. This idea really adds a lot to the video, similar to the Rehearsal coverage, as you can see the excitement building and finally resulting in your ceremony and celebration.

Dating & Engagement Story

Anyone watch “Wedding Story” and want one of your own?! This is our option for a complete professional production of your relationship as well as your wedding. A couple may choose to visit special locations where they met, went on dates, or were engaged. Or you may want to add an interview session explaining how your relationship developed. This could also include several candid interviews with parents or friends.

The end result is a beautiful story of your lives coming together and illustrated by your everyday interactions together. It is really an incredible keepsake and amazing to show friends and family. 8 production hours are included, which equates to 3 hours spent recording. If you want to put more of your story into this feature, just add $75/hr.

Digital Photos on Photo Paper & CD

There is not much more to say! The advantage of taking this option is that video captures incredible close-ups at angles that photographers could only dream of. From a close shot of that passionate wedding kiss to any other moment you choose, our editing software can freeze any frame of video and save it to a bmp or jpg file. We will save up to 20 pictures digitally for your use and then print these 20 pictures as 5x7s on professional photo paper. This price is unbelievably low as it is a new option at Kzoom and we are offering it as a service within a trial period.

Extra DVD/VHS Copies

Make the celebration of your wedding go further! Ordering 5-10 extra copies of your wedding video is a very popular option that makes a great gift for loved ones. Some couples provide enough copies for their wedding party as they were such a big part of the day. And since the photo-video is provided on the same DVD, they often get to see themselves in your pictures of growing together. The cost includes Kzoom’s best packaging: a full-sized DVD case, full-color insert with photos from your wedding, and the full-color DVD enclosed inside. Feel free to order these after you have seen your personal copies of the wedding.
