Event Information:
Thank you for your interest in working with Kzoom Video for your special group event! We are looking forward to making a lasting memory of your accomplishments and the great relationships in your group. Here's some additional information that will give more understanding to the event coverage process.
Kzoom requires a returned Information & Event Contract to reserve your date. The Contract is completed by your Event Organizer, someone who can be responsible for contact with Kzoom. Please do this at least one month prior to your event.
On the date of the event, we will arrive one hour prior to the starting time to capture interviews and the atmosphere of the place and occasion.
This footage is later edited with music and is often one of your favorite pieces to watch on the video.
We would love to show you a demo video of an event that matches yours.

Please note:

List prices include full editing, labeling, DVD or VHS packaging, and ALL shipping costs.

All DVDs come with an interactive custom menu with a video background of your group.

Orders will be delivered or shipped 2 weeks after your event unless otherwise noted.

List prices are for professional coverage on the local level. Videography & Editing on the Corporate or professional level is based on Kzoom's business rates.
